Job Description
Develop, implement, and continuously improve Facility policies and management system Lead a team of technical specialist in the Operation and Maintenance of Facility System Manage contractors and ensuring safety, quality workmanship and on-time completion Condition Based Monitoring and improvement plans Energy and Water Efficiency opportunities assessment and improvement plans Capital investment plans, project planning and timely implementation Adhoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering with relevant experience Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Strong team player and result orientated
5 days work week
