Job Description
About The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out daily administration and technical support functions to Facilities Management (FM). The key responsibilities are as below:
- Daily building walkabout to pick up maintenance and safety gaps
- Assist in preparing the Master Maintenance Schedule and follow-up the schedule to ensure work delivery is of the highest quality from the vendor
- Conduct tool box/safety briefing to vendor before commencement of work
- Prepare site-related SOPs and guides to train technical personnel
- Source quotations and raise the purchase request with justification for management approval
- Support other Venture sites on Facilities Management related matters as a secondary backup
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Building-related principle with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities or Building related role(s)
- EMA Licensed Electrical Worker
- A manufacturing industry or managing agent background is an advantage
- Experience in Integrated Facilities Management in both soft and hard service Facilities Management
- Specialized in Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) and Air Compressor Systems is an advantage
- Hands-on in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Team player with good communication and collaboration skills
