Job Details:

• Salary up to $4600
• 8am - 5:45pm
• North East Area
• Performance Bonus + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily planning, administration, and operations related to on-site facilities management.
• Address and resolve work requests and fault reports both during and outside of office hours.
• Oversee contractors performing soft or hard services and repair tasks.
• Participate in site meetings related to maintenance and repair projects.
• Perform inspections, monitor utility usage, and track building resource consumption.
• Develop cost estimates and work proposals, including assessments of technical feasibility.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair work across Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, and soft services.
• Update inventory for M&E systems, manage work schedules, and monitor maintenance timelines for all systems and services.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work independently with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Facilities Management related fields with 3 years of relevant experience
