Whether you\xe2\x80\x99ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you\xe2\x80\x99re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Senior Facilities Executive (5.5 days)Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities ManagementOversee in-house maintenance team for all daily maintenance issues and conduct daily inspection to ensure quality standards are being maintained.Monitor submission of supervisors\xe2\x80\x99 daily inspection and periodic cleaning reports.Responsible for coordinating and improve efficiency of storage, transportation, space planning, event planning and meeting room arrangement.Review cleaners\xe2\x80\x99 and landscapers\xe2\x80\x99 deployment and duties to optimal use of manpower.Regular inspection for conformance to service standards and expectation of cleanliness, waste management, landscape and pest control.Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and takes corrective action.
