: Newton/StevensWorking Hours
: 8am-8pm,8pm-8am (Rotating 2 night shifts, 2 morning shifts and 2 off days)Job Scope
:Plan, execute, and supervise all facilities maintenance-related services. Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repair of M&E systems to ensure smooth operations. Manage building, facilities, and M&E works/services for effective and efficient performance. Work closely with clients, sub-contractors, and the facilities team to resolve any technical issues. Assist in planning, controlling, and coordinating mechanical and electrical works.
Key Requirements:
Minimum Nitec in Engineering or Facilities Management or relevant Facilities Maintenance operations background with at least 3 years of experience will be highly advantageous Must be okay to be on standby when required
