Supervise a team consisting of Managers, Executives, and Technicians to oversee daily operations at the client\'s location, with a focus on maintaining performance standards to ensure efficient building maintenance.
Respond promptly to emergencies and address them with minimal disruption while assisting in drafting specifications and contract management in collaboration with the authorities.
Take responsibility for delivering and ensuring the performance of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) contract deliverables, including planning and supervising preventive maintenance activities at the client\'s site.
Meet Key Performance Indicator (KPI) standards and develop proactive measures to enhance building maintenance efficiency. Regularly review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact with the client and key stakeholders at client sites, serving as a liaison for service-related matters.
Lead the on-site team and ensure that the CPG FM team (comprising employees and service partners) delivers Facility Management and workplace services to the highest standards. This includes ensuring safety, code compliance, functionality, comfort, energy efficiency, and the overall appeal of facilities and site infrastructure.
Manage contracts, Capex (Capital Expenditure), and Opex (Operational Expenditure) budgets within approved allocations and provide monthly updates.
Prepare reports as required by management
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in facilitates management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry best practices is a plus.
Possess a Class 3 License.
