What the role is
Lead and manage the Facilities Management Team in supporting and maintaining PA Properties to sustain high availability of all PA properties and amenities.
What you will be working on
These includes (but not limited to):
• Oversee appointed Managing Agent/term contractors and ensure all PA properties are well maintained and upkeep to requirements;
• Manage CMP, A&A, Setting up of RCs and other minor PA building projects;
• Oversee the appointed Project Consultants to ensure
PA projects are completed within schedule and approved budget and of good quality;
• Monitor and ensure that all term contracts are valid and procured on time;
• Review plan and tender documents to ensure that it meets the basic and functional
requirements of the respective stakeholders;
• Ensure compliance with Government and internal procurement and financial procedures;
• Stay relevant by continuous learning, reading of professional publications and participating
in educational opportunities; and
• Ensure proper and full archive of all essential data.
What we are looking for
• Professional qualifications in Building/Project Management/Facilities/Estates Management or
other building relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years in building project/facilities/estates management or building maintenance;
• Strong organisational, analytical, communication, writing and inter-personal skills;
• Able to work independently and lead the team towards achieving specific goals;
• Proficient in MS Office application (eg Words, Excel,PowerPoint).
• Knowledge in relevant Singapore Standards, Codes of Practices and regulatory guidelines;
• Certified Fire Safety Manager, Certified Green Mark Manager and/or Workplace Safety & Health
