Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the facilities comply with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations, as well as industry standards for health and safety.
• Develop, implement and govern policies and protocols for critical safety standards including Fire, Health and Safety, emergency planning, legal compliance, accreditation, licensing and certification.
• Oversee all rectification works, major repairs and maintenance works and new initiatives.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members to ensure the facilities are well-maintained and fully functional.
• Conduct regular inspection of systems to ensure that all maintenance programs are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines.
• Study, propose and implement feasible improvement works.
• Develop and implement policies and protocols for emergency preparedness, safety, facility maintenance, waste management, medical equipment management.
• Assess and identify facility equipment and supply needs, ensure that all required purchases are made within budget constraints.
• Manage the facility\'s budget, negotiate contracts and vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with legal and insurance requirements.
• Ensure proper keeping of records in accordance with the Quality Policies
• Prepare and be responsible for the audit reports for Senior Management

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor\'s degree in Healthcare Administration, Facility Management, or related field
• Min 3 to 5 years of experience managing a healthcare facility, preferably a Health Screening and/or Radiology Centre.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and MOH compliance standards are mandatory requirements will be preferred
• Prior experience in biohazard facility management
