JR41207 Senior Facilities Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute preventive and mechanical system, ensuring maximum equipment uptime and reliability.
• Respond to issue and interruptions to system and perform troubleshooting. Initiate, evaluate, plan, design and supervise improvement/upgrading/new projects for mechanical system
• Carry out system capacity study to meet Manufacturing requirement.
• Identify and execute water recycling projects to reduce overall water consumption.
• Identify/implement new technologies for DI/ RO and Waste Water system to achieve technology breakthrough.
• Responsible for maintaining various administrative and engineering database in support of job tracking, engineering data, and costing.
• Review and improve Operation and Maintenance Standard Operating Procedure and Risk Assessment.
• Be aware of and perform all work in accordance with company safety guidelines, laws and regulations.
• Good communication and collaboration within Facilities Sections and with all customers throughout the organization
• Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings.
• Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition.
• Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation and other related costs.
• Inspects construction and installation progress for conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Develops criteria and performance specifications required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field of study. Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree desired.
• Minimum 5year experience in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on design and construction of Semiconductor Mechanical Systems
• Ability to prioritize and schedule workload and work on multiple tasks concurrently
• Good organizational skills and willing to learn
• Excellent communication skills and good team working skills
• Self-motivated worker
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and facilities systems
• Strong ability in English speaking and writing
• Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to visualize issues and communicate them to others.
• Strong organization, coordination, and leadership skills \xe2\x80\x93 ability to coordinate and motivate groups of Consultants / Contractors.
