Job Details:

• Salary: $3,800 - $4,600 (based on relevant experience)
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM
• Location: Site deployment in the North-East region

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, planning, and management of on-site facilities.
• Address work requests and fault calls during and outside office hours.
• Manage and coordinate contractors for both routine and major maintenance and repair tasks.
• Participate in meetings related to maintenance and repair projects.
• Perform inspections, monitor utility usage, and track building consumption.
• Create cost estimates, work proposals, and technical feasibility reports.
• Oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair work, including Mechanical & Electrical, Civil & Structural, and soft services.
• Maintain inventory of M&E equipment and manage work schedules.
• Monitor and track maintenance schedules for all systems and services.

Job Requirements :

• Independent working trait with strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Diploma in Engineering/Facilities Management related fields with 3 years of relevant experience OR;
• Bachelor\'s in Engineering/Facilities Management related fields or similar certifications
