Job Description

Duties: * Daily management, supervision and management reporting of all outsourced third-party contractors deployed to site including but not limited to Security, General Renovation, Pest Control, Duties: Daily management, supervision and management reporting of all outsourced third-party contractors deployed to site including but not limited to Security, General Renovation, Pest Control, Landscaping, and other assets. Management, monitoring and reporting of maintenance and support contracts for services including but not limited to General Renovation, Pest Control, Landscaping, and other assets. Inventory, Procurement, Budget Management and Reporting for all supplies necessary to support the efficient functioning of the services within the facility. Providing support, advise and ensuring adherence to all Policies and Procedures for the management of Health and Safety within the facility. Other duties or operational activities as required to ensure the efficient operation of the facility such as water and lighting are well-maintained. Provide the most cost effective method of maintenance and operation of the facilities. Identify area of opportunities to improve facilities to increase cost savings. To call for quotation. To do evaluation and submit recommendation to Function Head for approval. To conduct site supervision with contractors upon award of job. To supervise site contractors during and after job completion. Improve and maintain the aesthetic qualities of the properties. Ability to lead and manage teams and projects. Analytical and problem-solving skills especially relating to BCA and FSC regulations. Understand the maintenance, projects relating to mechanical and electrical installation. Responsibility include facility in our Malaysia sites. Requirements: At least 5 years experience in a similar role. Ability to be able to use IT computer System and Applications. Proficient knowledge of MS Office. Good interpersonal skills. Team player with interest to learn
