Field DevOps Engineer - Singapore **MUST BE A CITIZEN OR HOLD PR IN SINGAPORE**

Our client, a leading log analytics and monitoring platform is on the hunt for an experienced and skilled DevOps Engineer with a strong coding background and expertise in Kubernetes and Linux administration.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the go-to technical expert for resolving complex issues and fulfilling design requirements.
• Design and implement solutions and customizations to address temporary gaps in the product.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the company\'s existing integrations.
• Foster knowledge sharing and best practices among team members, and keep internal and external knowledge databases up to date.
• Manage multiple competing priorities and handle high-impact escalations with efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (CSM, CSE, SE) to resolve customer escalations and drive continuous improvement of the consumer platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant domain certifications.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT field.
• Extensive coding experience with the ability to develop and not just write scripts.
• Programming experience (JavaScript/Python/Go/Ruby/Bash)
• Developer experience/background
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes is essential, and certifications in Kubernetes are advantageous.
• Experience or knowledge with monitoring tools.
• Solid Networking knowledge - layers and protocols.
• Proficient in Linux administration, with a preference for RedHat skills.
• Experience with Golang is advantageous.

Salary:

• Up to $180K Base - Benefits + Stock Options will be included.
• Remote working model.
• No on-call work! - As this is not a support role.
• Note: Applicants MUST be a Singaporean Citizen or PR holder.
