Regional Strategy & Market ResearchInform, review, and regularly adjust a tailored marketing strategy that aligns with regional and global business objectives in collaboration with the Sales VP and VP of Marketing.Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends and customer preferences, analyzing data to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.2. Lead and Pipeline Generation & Campaign ExecutionDrive lead generation and conversion efforts through regional campaigns, supporting a consistent flow of MQLs and SQLs to the sales team.Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted email campaigns for the EMEA region, leveraging competitive insights, buyer persona preferences, and key regional events.3. Regional LiaisonServe as the Marketing Business Partner for the region, fostering strong relationships, acting as the primary contact for marketing inquiries, and ensuring seamless alignment between marketing and regional priorities.Localize marketing content to meet regional needs, drive the adoption of assets within sales teams, and provide feedback to improve content effectiveness and relevance.Maintain clear, ongoing communication between regional and global teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights that shape both local and global strategies.4. Event Planning & ExecutionPropose, plan, and execute regional events such as live events, webinars, and executive dinners to engage with prospects, customers, and partners.Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, speaker outreach, and attendee registration.5. Competitive Insights & Regionalized AssetsCollect insights from sales teams and collaborate with product marketing on completing battle cards as a basis for competitive campaigns.Collaborate with the product and content marketing team in Singapore to develop region-specific marketing collaterals, including one-pagers, case studies, and slide decks.6. Partnership EngagementCollaborate with our partners to co-develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, leveraging partner ecosystems to expand reach and impact.Work with cross-functional teams to support partner-led initiatives and campaigns that align with regional and global objectives.WHO WE\'RE LOOKING FORBachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience of minimum 3-6 years in marketing, with a focus on global B2B marketing and strategy.
