Job Description
Responsibilities:
- On site repairing & troubleshooting of Laptop/Computer and electronics products and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) Products
- Provide guidance to junior technician
- Conduct root cause analysis of products failures and prepare finding report
- Liaise closely with factories on products quality matters
- Conduct products training to clients and internal members
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Electronics Engineering or it\'s equivalent
- At least three years related working experience in troublesshoting computer and electronics products
- Able to commit overtime
- Able to work in a team
