Each day, you will deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by working with customer to identify opportunities in the installed base, to improve system performance and operational performance. The work model for the role is: Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement and Analytics Division of ABB in Singapore, reporting to the Service and Project Operations Manager. You will be mainly accountable for: \xe2\x80\xa2 Contributing to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work as per customer order and expectations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experience and effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Taking actions to identify new service business opportunities for ABB, in close cooperation with customer and other ABB teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coaching technicians and engineers and supervising complex site activities.Qualifications for the role
