• BUSINESS PARTNER:
• Be a Business Partner to subsidiaries in the ASEAN Region.
• Responsible for the timeliness, accuracy and data integrity of submitted budget, forecast and actual submissions at the entity level.
• Deliver insightful and cohesive finance presentations during the board meetings.
• Coordinate with local finance teams to ensure timely submission of all monthly and annual deliverables within stipulated deadlines.
• This function will involve close collaboration with the Managing Director and Finance Manager of the subsidiary.
• REGIONAL CONTROLLING:
• Support Regional Analysis: Deliver insightful financials. Support variance analysis (for both month end closing and forecasting/budgeting) by working closely with the finance managers and other stakeholders in the region
• Be the custodian for the month end technical closing (CO Closing) for the subsidiaries in the ASEAN region
• Active contribution during the Regional Controllers Meeting by supporting in the creation of content and presentations as well as coordination work
• Regular involvement in a wide array of topics in the region involving accounting, finance and controlling
• Involvement in training current and new finance colleagues in the region
• The following job description is not exhaustive and there will be topics which are assigned on an ad hoc basis as and when required.

• Degree in Accounting & Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA or CPA)
• Prior Controlling (Minimum 5 Years) & Accounting (Minimum 2 Years) background
• MNC Profile with Regional Exposure
• Well experienced in using Microsoft Office Tools & BI / Other Analytics
• Good hands-on knowledge of SAP FICO would be advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a matrix and cross-cultural environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and changing environment with positive attitude
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and numerical abilities
• Travelling for work might be required from time to time
• This role is as an individual contributor, with no direct reports. The role will involve a broad base of operational topics in the ASEAN region.
