Finance SSC > Costing and Inventory & SBU Controlling > Costing & Inventory
Responsibilities

• Perform PPV review and coordinate actions needed
• Perform transfer pricing activities (including review and check) and guide the set-up of costing-related issues and requests
• Evaluate product cost to ensure correct standard costs are produced
• Perform product costing and guide migration of product costing for Service/Sales
• Determine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costs/group cost
• Address complex issues and queries received from various stakeholders
• Attend and resolve tickets/requests received related to product costing
• Support Annual Costing in collaboration with different functions across Vestas
• Support other activities necessary to achieve the organization's goals of business transformation
• Ensure compliance with Financial Standards, SOX, and other regulations
• Participate in related projects, e.g. accounting centralization initiatives, Lean Six Sigma projects, etc

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting or any Finance courses
• Fluent in English - oral and written
• At least 4 - 6 years of work experience in Controlling & Reporting or any finance functions (with standard costing transfer price background)
• With extensive scientific skills relevant to financial analysis such as variance analysis
• With BPO/Shared Service experience
• Knowledge of using ERP (SAP) systems

Competencies

• Has good finance, audit, or accounting background
• Knowledgeable in process documentation, simplification, and standardization
• Advance knowledge in using Microsoft office software and with skills and experience in Macro and automation tools
• Advanced knowledge in using ERP (SAP) systems
• Good in communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering
• With experience in transition and quick to adapt to changes
• Good understanding of the English language in both written and oral communication and experience in presentations
