The Senior Finance Analyst is an important role in Finance and Sales Operation function. The incumbent will support weekly and monthly sales and order forecast, sales and order performance tracking, facilitate Sales incentive target setting and quarterly Sales bonus tabulation, supporting monthly closing and analysis. The incumbent will also support to prepare for business review at EA level or APAC level .

This position reports directly to the East Asia FP&A Manager.

This exciting role offers opportunity to:

• Responsible to run sales cadence, analysis of sales change and sale & orders forecasting on monthly basis
• Working with other functions to ensure the accuracy of Finance Forecast P&L, Cash Flow
• Support sales review and manage activities/actions tracker and related FP&A reports (e.g. Product line reports, Customers reports, Expense reports, Inventory reports)
• Monitor sales performance and Computate Sales Incentive Plan for BD, various Sales, Service team.
• Analyze sales data and key performance metric data including pipelines, forecast
• Prepare Annual Profit Planning.
• Provide various Sales/Margins reporting and analysis for communication to the regional and country leadership teams.
• Support sales in preparing business planning /reviews
• Facilitate and support country manager and HR in sales target setting
• Support other Financial Analysis and monthly closing activities as required
• Support to prepare biz review and reports required by EA or APAC management
• To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
• Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
• Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
• Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
• Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
• Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
• Create a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

Basic qualifications & experience:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting
• Minimum of 5 years of Finance or Accounting related experience
• Manufacturing or trade business background is preferred
• Understanding how all aspect of business activities impacting P&L
• Ability to effectively utilize systems to monitor and track performance
• Demonstrated strong data management skill and expertise in Excel
• Good communication & articulation skills
