We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Connected Enterprise Planning (CEP) team in Singapore. This role will drive excellence, efficiency, and insight of global/sector FP&A practices by leveraging SigniFi technologies, cross-functional collaboration, and deep model knowledge to establish a centralized framework that ensures standardized processes, fosters best practices, drives continuous improvement and enables consistent financial decision-making across the organization. A successful SFA will come to deeply understand J&J's business & operating model and leverage those insights to influence & shape the future & culture of J&J Finance. In addition to this the role will be key in leading the APAC Connected Enterprise Planning innovation process in financial planning and reporting and accelerate our journey to digital upskilling.

Equally important is a genuine interest in learning and mastering the intricacies of Anaplan models and the broader data architecture within Signify, demonstrating both technical aptitude and a strategic mindset.



You will be responsible for:




Driving Innovation

Leading the CEP Innovation process to identify and deliver value adding Gross Profit planning and forecasting solutions to the finance teams as well as improve the overall user experience. Implementing best in class financial data management, technology, and process tools in support of both Finance & Commercial organizations. Owning & continuously improving baseline validation and model preparedness helping drive resolution to identified issues and owning communication as needed highlight risks in opening models on time with intended data movements plan.

Influencing & Shaping

Driving adoption of J&J's "New Ways of Working" operating model, leveraging both newly developed technology & global processes to enhance & improve existing Financial cycles. Support Business during Continuous Improvement Intake process and own approved list to take them to conclusion from business requirements gathering to training and communication coordination and execution.

Business Partnering:

Leveraging key experience & insights with cross-functional and global organizations to drive efficiencies, standardization, & technological adoption Leading business partners through dynamic changes, collaborating across the organization to deliver enhanced reporting & analytical tools. Establish communication flow to and from Program squads to stay on top of upcoming changes and proactively share changes and business insights.

Qualifications



A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, accounting, or related business MBA, CPA, CMA and/or other advanced degrees or financial certifications is preferred 5+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or business experience Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills required to successfully work in a global, matrixed team environment. Ability to work independently, lead through ambiguity, and drive aligned outcomes * Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Analysis for Office, Anaplan, or other data analytics and visualization software is preferred
