Now we are hiring a Senior Finance Associate - SEA in Singapore / Malaysia.LiveWhat you will doReporting to the Southeast Asia Finance Manager, the role will be responsible to support the FP&A consolidation for South East Asia, validate and minimize unbilled, unpaid and outstanding billings from the Distributors, as well as adherence to contract terms and conditions, and to supervise the controls and compliance activities of the distributor marketsKey ResponsibilitiesIn this capacity, the Senior Finance Associate will:1. Financial Analysis, Consolidation and Reporting:Support and consolidate SEA markets for the budget, quarterly forecasts, long range plans and business reviews activitiesDrive data quality and integrity in Hyperion, SAP, and Anaplan and ensure all reporting systems are consistent and accuratePrepare monthly/quarterly sales, operating expenses, and headcount reports for SEA markets for internal financial reporting, business functions review and leadership team decision makingMonitor actual and forecast and perform variance analysisDeliver continuous improvement to finance reporting through digital automation, streaming workflows and improve efficiency2. Compliance:Conduct annual IICC testing and ensure compliance with IICC and policies in distributor marketsEnsure distribution agreements are up to dateBe familiar with the distribution agreements and work with SEA Finance Associate to ensures any reconciliations, credit/debit note process, billing & settlements are adhered to in a timely mannerSupport quarter-end closing activities for the distributor markets3.
