Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis--but with a focus on what the numbers mean for the business. Handle high-pressure environments and demanding stakeholders--this isn't a back-office role. Build and drive financial models that matter--not just spreadsheets that get filed away.

Requirements:

What We Expect:

10+ years in finance, specifically in commercial finance, FP&A, or finance business partnering. You've dealt with C-level execs before--you know when to push back, when to push forward, and how to handle the heat. You're not just a number-cruncher--you think like a business owner. Strong analytical skills, but more importantly, a problem-solving mindset. Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change, and high expectations. No egos, no excuses. Just results.
