Has at least 25 years of finance experience including proven track record in leadership and senior finance management roles (at CFO/Deputy CFO or head of finance level)

FI industry sector with investment knowledge understanding is required

Experience using AI/Tech in finance transformation projects is preferred

We are searching for an experienced senior finance director for an established financial institution.

For this leadership finance role, you will manage a team covering financial reporting, FP&A, consolidation, financial operations, performance management, middle office finance functions supporting the global business. Added exposure to investor relations and treasury will be beneficial (though not a must).This is a strategic finance leadership role whereby you will work closely with the management team and the Board to drive and support the business and organisation going forward while ensuring sound financial reporting and accountability.

The successful applicant should possess the following requirements:

CA/CPA qualified with a good degree in finance/accountancy or relevant field.

Possess at least 25 years of finance experience including proven track record in leadership and senior finance management roles (as deputy CFO/CFO or the head of the finance department) gained with established financial institutions

Experience using AI/Tech in finance transformation projects is preferred

Added exposure to driving global finance projects is beneficial

Has relevant exposure covering financial reporting, FP&A, consolidation, financial operations, performance management, middle office finance functions supporting the investment related sector

FI sector exposure with good investment knowledge exposure is required.

Has strong staff management and leadership skills.

Possess solid commercial acumen Excellent EQ skills and stakeholder management skills are required to be able to build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Has excellent communication skills Strategic with the ability to be detailed at the same time. Able to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
