Senior Finance Executive / Accountant * Salary: $4, 000 - $5, 500 * Working Days: 5 days , 830am - 515pm * Location: Boon Lay Job Responsibilities: * Prepare monthly accounts and suppleme Senior Finance Executive / Accountant Salary: $4, 000 - $5, 500 Working Days: 5 days , 830am - 515pm Location: Boon Lay Job Responsibilities: Prepare monthly accounts and supplementary schedules to ensure timely and accurate submission of month end financial reports Responsible for weekly operational activities for AP, AR & GL functions. (System weekly closing and reconciliations, etc.) Responsible for AR collections and liaison with customers and inside sales team to ensure no uncollected overdues Perform credit assessment and analysis on new and existing distributors to determine optimal credit limits Manage the Fixed Asset register, capital expenditure requests and approvals, monthly depreciation Assist in the preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecast Lead the internal control processes Assist in annual audit and tax matters Monitor and review accounting and related ERP/Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central (BC) reports for accuracy and completeness, and resolve accounting discrepancies Manage the intercompany, payables and receivables processes Prepare quarterly GST returns to tax authorities Ad-hoc tasks assign by HOD Job Requirements:- Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent or Degree in Accounting is advantage Minimum 4 - 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
