Our Client is a leading provider of cooling solutions in Southeast Asia. They are seeking a

Senior Finance Executive

to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive individual. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations Supervise and support the Account Executives in daily accounting activities Prepare financial statements and management reports. Review quarterly GST for submission. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decisions. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and statutory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors, external tax agent and review tax computation. Liaise with corporate secretary to ensure compliance. Review internal controls, policies and procedures, and recommend process improvements. Support the implementation of QuickBooks and other system enhancements. Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience managing full set of accounts (preferably in an equipment installation, or project-based environment) Proven experience supervising accounting staff. Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards (SFRS) and tax laws (GST, corporate income tax). Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
