Executive/Senior Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Department of Finance

The appointee will be part of the Procurement team and will be responsible for duties primarily related to Procurement.

Responsibilities:-

\xc2\xb7 Assist with internal users\xe2\x80\x99 queries related to procurement.

\xc2\xb7 Processing of purchase requisitions including demand aggregate, term contracts, direct contracting documents etc in GeBIZ platform.

\xc2\xb7 Reviewing of Invitation to Quotation (ITQ), Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents prior to publication of these documents in GeBIZ platform.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in some aspect of Invitation of Tender (ITT) matters.

\xc2\xb7 Publish ITQ/RFQ/ITT documents in GEBIZ platform.

\xc2\xb7 Download/route submission of bids to evaluation team.

\xc2\xb7 Preview ITQ/RFQ evaluation report and process ITQ/RFQ award in GeBIZ platform.

\xc2\xb7 Process ITT award in GeBIZ platform.

\xc2\xb7 Update information required in Procurement Database.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in any other procurement related functions when required.

Requirements:-

\xc2\xb7 A recognised Diploma or Degree in any discipline

\xc2\xb7 Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience in procurement

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office applications

\xc2\xb7 Good team player who is self-motivated and can complete task within deadlines set

\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently

\xc2\xb7 Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

\xc2\xb7 Possess problem solving skills
