Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC, they are looking for a Senior Finance Executive to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the Eest - easily accessible.Duties Ensure the sales accuracy & completeness and invoices are posted to GL correctly Assist in sending E-invoices to all external customers Responsible in tracking and reconciliation of all customers Responsible in deferring revenue accounting resulted by shipment delay, incoterms Responsible in preparation of credit memo report and assist to check all credit memo and its supporting. Consolidate and send monthly sales report to HQ Liaise with external service provider on AR Functions Responsible in prepare quarterly forecast for AR aging reserve. Assist in generating invoices and dispatch invoices on monthly basis. Prepare weekly forecast on intercompany sales & rebilling to facilitate the cashflow forecast.
