Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's accounting system to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Handle monthly processes like doctors' commissions, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Improve finance processes and support audits by ensuring strong internal controls and compliance.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Healthcare industry.
- Proficient in Oracle NetSuite
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
