Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), reconciliations, and cash flow.
Prepare and review monthly closing reports.
Accounting & Reporting
Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.
Consolidate accounts across entities and business units.
Prepare and submit accurate management reports and variance analysis to stakeholders
Handle CPF submissions and intercompany transaction
Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and issuing financial guidelines.
Monitor and review forecasts to ensure accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
Statutory Compliance
Prepare and file GST returns.
Support in audit preparation, liaise with auditors, and resolve audit matters.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and statutory requirements.
Audit & Compliance Support
Coordinate statutory audits and address audit findings.
Implement and monitor internal controls to minimize audit risks.
Finance Operations
Oversee order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles.
Manage agency statements of account (SOA) and bank reconciliations.
Support operational finance activities related to port agency services.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CPA qualifications a plus).
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in logistics, shipping, or port agency sectors.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reporting standards, and statutory requirements in Singapore.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
