This financial reporting role, assists the finance manager to ensure that financial consolidation and analytical processes are positioned to provide accurate, timely data, both internally and externally to the management team.

• Perform month end closing activities: House/New Business jobs WIP clean up
• Responsible for update Accrued Revenue, Revenue life files
• Responsible for review PL and BS mapping
• Prepare actual P&L (Monthly Details, OPEX and BCC Import Files)
• Preparation and HFM upload for P&L (RF, Commit)
• Preparation and HFM upload for Client Profitability Report
• Prepare Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report quarterly
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or higher
• Minimum 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience. Any prior experience in the advertising or service industry would be a plus.
• Systems knowledge: Excel (day-to-day), Spectra/BCC (financial system), Hyperion (reporting system)
• Meticulous with attention to details & deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Work closely with the shared service team in China
• Prepare non-standard double entries and send to the team for posting; review the entries by the team
• Support Finance Manager on the forecast preparation and prepare paperwork
