Job Description
:
- 10-15 mins walk from Jurong East MRT
- 5 days, \xef\xbb\xbf8.30am to 5.30pm

- Responsible for the full spectrum of GL, AR and AP functions
- Responsible for month end closing activities
- Preparation of balance sheet/audit schedules, financial reports with analysis on a timely basis
- Prepare cashflow statement & cash forecast
- Review of supplier payment process, new customer credit application process & master data update
- Maintenance of fixed assets register
- Handling of customers/vendors/auditors enquiry whenever required
- Responsible for GST compliance and quarterly GST reporting
- Adhere to internal controls
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents and company secretary for all statutory requirements to ensure compliance
- Assist in annual budget and forecasting process
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by management
- Provide general support to the organization as required
- Continuously improve processes and execute optimization initiatives
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by management
- Degree in Accountancy/\xef\xbb\xbfACCA/CA or related qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA is a plus
- Independent, mature, meticulous and able to work within deadlines
