About Our Client

Our client is renowned for its expertise in pest management in Singapore, delivery outstanding service while upholding strict standards of environmental health and safety. Their clientele spans across multiple industries, with a particular focus on serving the luxury hotel sector.

• Perform daily financial transactions which involves verifying, computing, recording, and reconciling of Accounts Payable data.
• Ensure prompt payment is made in accordance with credit terms
• Prepare schedules for month-end closing
• Involve in Purchasing and stock control
• Address and resolve outstanding payment issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities efficiently
• Respond promptly to all payment recovery matters and ensure that actions taken align with corporate guidelines and collection policies
• Collaborate with Business Development and Operations to maintain good customer credit control
• To assess and identify potential bad debts and to prepare justifications for write-offs when necessary
• Look into and resolve queries and disputes relating to billing and outstanding invoices
• Prepare credit control reports for reporting and meetings
• Issue sales invoice and credit notes
• Other ad-hoc duties

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and employ a proactive approach to problem solving
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to think critically
