Responsible for overall Accounting, HR and Admin functions in the company along with Department Head
Manage and oversee the overall accounting and financial reporting for the company and its subsidiary to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards
Manage cost control, cost saving, budgeting and forecasting as well as internal control processes
Review daily accounting operations and supervise the team
Preparation of financial and management reports
Responsible for yearly budgeting and forecasting
Manage daily HR operational functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefit, talent management, training & development and etc.
In-charge of office facility management and renovation/ maintenance matters
In-charge of corporate affairs and office administrative activities
Develop and implement company policies and procedures
Liaise with corporate secretary, lawyers or other legal service providers to support the company\'s business operation, new setup or other compliance matters
Manage and coordinate company events, annual activities as well as other corporate affairs matters

Requirements\xef\xbb\xbf
Bachelor of Accounting/ ACCA/ CPA or equivalent
At least 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience
Ability to start work within short notice will be ideal
