Job Description

Our client is one of the largest and most reputable real estate developers, with strong presence across Asia. To facilitate the company growth and expansion projects, they are looking for a (Senior) Finance Manager to join their team in the Singapore Office.Being a strong team player and reporting to the Head of Finance, your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the Finance Operations, including Account Receivables, Account Payables, General Ledger and month end-closing functions
• Responsible for the consolidation, financial and statutory reporting on the monthly and quarterly basis
• Reviewing financial statements for audit reviews and working with external auditors on audit requests
• Supporting the financials and projects costing for the investments and entity assets
• Reviewing and refining the internal controls, processes, procedures and SOPs, and to suggest improvements to enhance or standardize with the Group's standards
• Responsible for the treasury function and cash flow at the corporate level, looking after the cash and bank management
• Responsible for the tax filings and annual returns
• Liaise and working closing with business partner with both internal and external stakeholders across the APAC region
• Formulate and review new business initiatives to improve the business operation, internal control, processes and procedures e.g. e.g. system implementation and the related UAT testing
• Support ad hoc finance projects

To qualify, individuals should possess:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline with audit training in audit firms is a plus
• Professional qualifications in CPA/ ACCA or equivalent is preferred
• Hands-on experiences in full spectrum finance duties
• Experiences in SGX listed real estate developers or familiarity with listing rules are highly preferred
• Strong teamwork and experiences in overseeing oversea team is preferred
• Preferably industries experiences across Real Estate/ Infrastructure/ Construction and with listed developers experiences are highly preferred
• Growth mindful and someone who is keen to drive changes and be part of the team
• Strong business partner which is able to work independently and work effectively with other stakeholders
