Be a business partner to the growth of our start-up and provide advice to drive the top and bottom line KPI’s.
Driving the Business to meet target KPIs by providing proactive insights to highlight opportunities for improvement to support decision making (e.g. pricing)
Full ownership of the region’s accounting functions including month-end closing, statutory audit, tax compliance, country reporting compliance, due diligence exercises
Oversee and analyze all operational costs, identify opportunities for cost efficiency, process and system enhancement.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
Establish and enforce proper internal controls, accounting policies and process improvements
Manage regional country book-keeping vendors and planning growth of finance department according to company’s growth.
Experienced in full sets of accounts

Qualifications and Skills Requirement

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance – ACCA/CPA/CA preferred
At least 7 years of experience, with Big 4 Accounting firm experience and subsequently moving into e-commerce / Technology / IT or similar industries preferred
Background in fast-paced, MNC, entrepreneurial or startup/technology environments preferred.
Motivated working in a high-growth start-up environment
