Responsibilities

Oversee the development, implementation, and execution of policies and processes related to payments, payroll, and credit control to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations. Establish and maintain robust financial policies and procedures to achieve targeted financial outcomes and support overall business objectives. Ensure accurate and timely recognition of revenue and related accruals in compliance with accounting standards. Strengthen internal controls by identifying potential financial risks and developing effective mitigation strategies. Lead initiatives to transform finance operations, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Manage payroll budgeting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organisational needs. Drive the implementation and optimisation of new financial reporting systems, including SAP or other relevant platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is preferred. At least 15 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, gained in a commercial environment or a reputable professional services firm. Strong technical expertise in financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated ability to analyse complex financial data and present clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders. Familiarity with SAP and other financial reporting tools is highly advantageous.
