You will be responsible for providing management with complete, accurate and timely financial information.What you will be working on:

• Preparation and review of monthly management reports and cost control with relevant analysis and highlights facilitating management decisions and directions
• Oversee and ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial forecasts (AOP, RFF, BoD) and monthly estimate
• Assist the controller in drawing up and prepare business plans for strategic review
• Conduct financial simulations to facilitate management decision making and information
• To support controller on cost benchmark
• Ensure proper functioning of product costing structure in SAP
• Variance analysis / target setting
• Cost review with Fab and Operations Division
• Ensure timely and accurate CAPEX control and report on budget, spending and disposal
• Ensure that assets registration and depreciation calculation in line with accounting principles
• Review and implement, wherever effective, automation of standard operating procedure with the view to simplifying work and reduction of operating costs
• To liaise with internal/external auditors in respect of operation or quarterly audit and attend to their queries
• Answer all financial queries from NXP/TSMC

More About You:

• Bachelor in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification
• At least 10 years\' experience (Preferably in manufacturing environment)
• Knowledge of internal control functions and logistics workflow
