JOB DESCRIPTION

A group holding company of an advanced engineering and precision component manufacturer with a regional footprint across Europe and Asia is currently seeking to add a Senior Finance Manager to their expanding team in the Group office.


On a corporate level, the Senior Finance Manager will be responsible to review and oversee company accounts, corporate tax fillings, monthly management reports, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, variance analysis, and liaising with bankers for loans and treasury functions.


On a group level, the Senior Finance Manager is responsible for reviewing periodical group consolidation, management reports, management and board reporting, leading forecast and budget exercise, leading financial year-end closing for the group, periodical XBRL filling review, liaising with external auditors.


Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Finance Manager also handle treasury function to formulate strategies in managing risks, assist with preparing audit & risk presentation decks, and is also responsible to review and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance, or CA Minimum 10 years of working experience in manufacturing industry, with proven managerial experience handling full spectrum of finance function including treasury Strong proficiency in group consolidation across regional or global entities Having external audit experience with big 4 audit firm is preferred Proven proficiency in SFRS and IFRS Having experience with ERP systems such as Cognos or Syteline is preferable
