The CompanyJoin a Global Leader in the trading industry, headquartered in Japan with global presence.Due to business expansion, we are actively recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager to be based in the Singapore office.The RoleReporting to the Managing Director and leading a team of 5, you will be responsible for financial closing and reporting, management reporting, group consolidation, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow, working capital, tax (GST/GTP tax incentive/Transfer pricing) and other reports, maintaining accounting controls by complying to policies and procedures. Other key responsibilities include overseeing the financial systems of the company, the accounting processes and asset management, ensuring compliance with internal control policies in a JSOX environment as well as company secretarial matters. Liaise with external auditors and professional advisors on related matters. Develop and maintain good relationship with banks on trade financing and facilities. Last but not least, provide guidance to the Finance team and support any other ad hoc projects relating to finance.Your ProfileTo qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a MNC and spent the later years in a supervisory role. This role requires understanding of complex consolidation concept and hands-on experience in using SAP and MS Office applications.
