We are looking for a

Senior Finance Manager (Part-Time)

to join our Singapore-based team. The role will focus on leading ongoing client deliverables, managing a small team, and ensuring all deadlines are met with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a small finance team to ensure all client deliverables are completed accurately and on time. Review monthly P&L statements and work with the team on analysis and insights. Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, and accounting schedules. Manage

cash flow forecasting and monitoring

for client portfolios. Ensure compliance with Singapore tax and regulatory requirements. Prepare unaudited financial statements and quarterly GST returns. Oversee monthly payroll and CPF submissions. Communicate directly with clients on deliverables, clarifications, and timelines.

Skills & Attributes

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Proven ability to lead and mentor a small team. Good judgment and decision-making skills. Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple client deliverables effectively.

Preferred Experience

5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit (preferably in a client-facing or outsourced finance environment). Hands-on experience with

Xero

,

Hubdoc

, and Singapore statutory filings (IRAS, ACRA, CPF). Proven experience with

cash flow management and financial analysis

. Familiarity with preparing unaudited financial statements and Singapore compliance processes. Ideally based in Singapore or with

Singpass access

for regulatory submissions.

Engagement Details

Part-time / Flexible hours

(15 hours per week). Hybrid or remote work arrangements possible.

Initial 6-month engagement

with potential to extend beyond that period.
