The CompanyMy client is a leading industry player, currently hiring a driven and independent talent with accounting background, and ideally experience in driving forex, interest rate hedging and in acquisition & divestment activities.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of relevant experience - Finance & Accounting background is essential, where you are able to review accounting, financial statements and investment reports
• Experience in driving forex and interest rate hedging strategies, monitoring cashflow, evaluating and negotiating financing/re-financing options will be helpful
• Exposure in acquisition & divestment activities
• Singaporean/ Singapore PR applicants who are bilingual in English and Chinese as this role may interact with Chinese-speaking counterparts
• Desired traits: Self-starter, analytical, driven, adaptable and has good communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Budget: S$10,000 - S$14,000 per month + Bonus Job ScopeWorking in a global establishment, you will be responsible in supporting an asset portfolio end to end in reviewing overall finance & accounting matters. When a new asset is purchased, you will manage the setting up of required processes such as opening of bank account, establishing new relationship with vendors, appointing tax agent, and working with local accounting staff on financial accounting and statutory reporting requirements. You will work closely with the asset management and investment teams, as well as contribute in areas relating to loan financing, tax restructuring, foreign currency management, forecasting, risk management, compliance, interest rate management, budgeting and analysis. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders in addition to senior management team, such as with auditors, tax agents, bankers, lawyers etc throughout the real estate investment cycle till the divestment of asset.

Experience in evaluating and driving implementation of FX and interest rate hedging strategies as well as supporting in negotiation of financing/ re-financing options can be advantageous
