This is a Senior Finance Manager position with an international retail brand, where you will be the leader of the controlling function at HQ level.

The company frequently injects new designs, promotes accessible and affordable products, distinguishing themselves from their competitors. The team is hiring for a Senior Finance Manager to beef up the finance function, supporting its continued expansion beyond APAC.

Description

Heading up the controllership function, you will:

• Be responsible for full sets of accounts, consolidate for regional portfolio
• Manage a team of 8 - 10 headcounts, you will lead monthly closing, is hands on with AP, AR, inventory functions
• Savvy with SAP, you are able to implement systems and drive system improvement projects
• Lead budget exercise, liaise with tax and audit consultants, coordinating with regional teams to formulate tax and compliance strategies
• Drive ERP implementation, identify process gaps, strengthen internal controls

Profile

• Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, at least 10 years of working experience
• Developed career with Big 4 or professional accounting firm, hands on with full spectrum finance function, operational accounting
• Candidates with prior work experience in retail industry will be advantageous
• Successful track record of automating work processes in a manual environment, experience with ERP such as Oracle/SAP
• Strong leadership experience to manage large finance teams
