Position overview

Senior Finance Manager (BUF) to steer financial strategy for one of MedTech\'s SEA Franchise and to lead the local market finance teams (in 2 markets) to ensure compliance and financial governance. Crucial role in driving strategic, compliant and profitable growth for total SEA franchise (as assigned).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Financial Leadership & Stakeholder engagements
  • Shape financial strategies to accelerate compliant and profitable growth in the assigned SEA Franchise.
  • Partner and influence SEA Franchise/Commercial Leaders and lead Monthly business reviews with SEA Leadership team.
  • Work closely with APAC regional team to ensure alignment of franchise strategies and targets.
  • Articulate and frame insights, risks, opportunities to SEA Management on current and emerging market trends, risks & opportunities, competitive intelligence and internal insights.
  • Lead finance teams in 2 SEA Markets.
  • Financial Management & Analysis
  • Lead P&L Management for the assigned SEA Franchise & overall 2 SEA markets, including platform/market & Channel profitability.
  • Lead Finance Business Planning, June-Update and Nov-Update planning and provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic Where-to-Play (WTP) choices.
  • Identify risk and opportunities and lead game plan to meet targets.
  • Lead different financial modelling and investment evaluations for the assigned SEA franchise, including trends & internal insights.
  • Provide guidance to market finance team on pricing,
  • Risk Management & Compliance
  • Ownership of robust internal controls for 2 SEA markets and ensure compliance with local tax laws, regulations and reporting requirements in both markets.
  • Collaborate with Tax, Legal, Healthcare Compliance, commercial and compliance team to manage financial risks and maintain a strong control environment.
