Position Title: Senior Finance Officer
Location: Kallang
Working Days: Mon - Fri, 5 days
Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm

• Responsible for preparation of Group Consolidated Financial Statements
• Responsible for Month-End Closing of the Group
• Responsible for daily Bank-Recon, Cash Flow Forecast, Internal Inter Bank Fund Transfer
• Update and monitor Trade Finance movement
• Handles all Inter-Companies\' Debit Note transactions
• Preparation of relevant Balance Sheet Schedules and Reporting
• Prepare and submit Quarterly GST Return.
• Responsible for maintenance of Chart of Accounts
• Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agents and Company Secretary as required for all Statutory and
• Regulatory requirements to ensure Compliance
• Provide guidance and support to Finance Teams
• Identify and implement Improvements to Accounting Processes and Procedures for Efficiency and Accuracy.
• Supports overall Office Operations
• Involved in finance projects for system enhancements.
• Other ad hoc matters as assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of full set accounts experience. Min diploma. At least 2 years of supervisory experience will be preferred. wholesale trade accounts experience will be advantageous
• Proficient in MS office skills.
