Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Senior Finance Executive to join our Finance team, due to business expansion. In this role, you will report to the Finance Manager and manage a variety of key finance tasks, focusing on inventory management, financial reporting, and intercompany reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions. Analyze profitability, manage inventory control, and track stock movements. Handle month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare financial statements. Perform intercompany (IC) reconciliation and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and manage accounts payable/receivable contra and balance sheet schedules. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and standards. Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits. Provide support in preparing GST and tax filings and other regulatory reports.

Requirements:

Diploma in Accountancy or related field.

At least 5 years of relevant finance experience.

Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with MS Dynamics 365 is advantageous.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work effectively in a team.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
