Job Description
$7500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities
- Perform month end close duties which include review of the actual operating results submitted by Asia entities.
- Identify issues to clarify with site finance team and ensure that issues pending clarification are promptly followed-up and resolved in a timely manner.
- Perform review of forecast and budget submissions from Asia entities and ensure that submissions are aligned with Corporate guidelines.
- Provide technical support to the Asia locations on appropriate accounting standards and financial reporting treatment prescribed by the Controllers Manual.
- Assist in handling adhoc requests from Corporate which include providing instructions and guidance to locations.
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with specified policies and procedures.
- Assist in ensuring tax compliance in the Asia locations.
- Provide backup support involving General Accounting duties for a Singapore entity.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, CPA or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with US GAAP, Tax principles and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
