We are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support business decisions, drive financial performance, and ensure strong governance across pricing, reporting, and cash flow.

What you will do

Partner with business teams to analyze financial results and provide insights for decision-making. Drive performance controlling, including distributor contract review and rebate management. Execute pricing strategy with sales and maintain country/channel price lists. Lead management reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost tracking (CoGS & OPEX). Oversee Accounts Receivables with shared services to optimize cash flow.

What you bring

4+ years of FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering experience. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Hands-on experience with financial reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI, Excel). Proactive, business-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
