:Senior Financial Analyst (SEA, Global Retail MNC)
Hudson Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading global brand in the retail and consumer goods industry to hire a Senior Financial Analyst for their regional finance team. This role will be based in Singapore and will be responsible for financial consolidation, reporting, and analysis across multiple Southeast Asian markets. The successful candidate will work closely with country finance heads to drive performance, ensure financial accuracy, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate month-end financial results, conduct analytical reviews, and provide insightful commentary at the regional level.
• Collaborate with country finance heads to understand major variances and effectively communicate explanations to global stakeholders.
• Monitor key financial KPIs against budgets, highlight deviations, and track follow-up actions for each country.
• Develop and enhance financial controllership processes across the region.
• Design budget and forecast templates, consolidate financial plans, and prepare management presentations.
• Utilize financial reporting systems (such as Hyperion or HFM) to support data accuracy and assist country teams as needed.
• Standardize financial reporting, ensuring uniformity in commentary, templates, and data presentation across business units.
• Lead and contribute to ongoing finance projects, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing strategic solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 6+ years of experience in P&L management, financial planning, and forecasting.
• Industry Background: Experience in Retail, FMCG, or related industries is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Hyperion (HFM), and advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Additional Advantage: Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is a plus.
• Language: Strong proficiency in English is required.
