Johnson & Johnson IT Finance is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst role based in Singapore. This position will be a member of the IT Finance team, covering the financial controlling activities for the TS (Technology Services) organization outside of the US. You\'ll have the opportunity to work in global environment with a cross country/region and cross sector reach.

We are looking for individuals who are technically strong, well-articulated, can work independently with various stakeholders and have the confidence to work with senior leaders. The individual should have a can-do attitude, agile mindset and is able to function in an ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities

Budgeting & Reporting
  • Financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, quarterly close and internal control for operating expenses, capital expenditure and headcount
  • Work closely with business partners to manage planning cycles and identify budget needs
  • Responsible for reviewing and providing financial analysis to regional and global leaders
Change Management
  • Shape the transition from regional focus to cross regional
  • Drive standardization and simplification of processes
  • Influence stakeholders to buy-in to the new way of working
Other
  • Ensure financial compliance
  • Active engagement with global finance team and ensure regional needs are understood and incorporated
  • Challenge business assumptions, help to develop alternative scenarios and educate business partners on financial issues, concepts, and ownership.
  • Financial support for global/regional projects
Qualifications

Education:
  • Minimum Bachelors in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • CPA, CMA or other Financial Certification
Experience and Skills:
  • Strong collaborative team player
  • Core financial and accounting background
  • Excellent social and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Creative and continuously looking for improvements in execution and results
  • The ability to work pro-actively, independently and in team across geographic boundaries and willing to be hands-on
