Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- To ensure the completeness of Investment in Corporation
- Collate Financial Information of all Corporations where Majent is a stockholder.
- To Monitor and Analyze Financial Statements and operational performance of these Investee Corporations
- Advise Majent if there are any financial and operational concerns that may affect the Company's Investment. Also if there is a need for assistance, additional investment, etc.
- Assist the Management in Investment Decision (Hold or SELL, Increase Investment, Buy New Investment)
- Analyze Financial Statements, Operational Performance and Market Study of Prospect Investment in Corporations. Make a Recommendation or assisst in decision making on whether to Invest in these Corporations
- Reconcile Capital Investments, Loans and Advances to Investee Companies with Books of Accounting
- Other ad-hoc and special projects requested by the CEO
- Health insurance
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- 13th month salary
- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
