This candidate is all about leading the centre\'s team to achieve agreed targets and goals as well as ensuring complete satisfaction fron our clients in all interactions.- Oversee the team\'s gym deliveries to maximise the full experience for clients, from strategic planning to tactical execution.
- Work to achieve PT session volumes and penetration, and to operate within agreed expense budgets, with accountability for overall PT performance.
- Develop metrics and measure the success of new PT initiatives.
- Coach, develop and motivate the teams to achieve agreed targets in line with their journey and identify gaps and areas for further development.
- Advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for clients and team members.
- Communicate the value proposition of our products to the broader team and create a culture where the community become raving fans.
- Oversee centre admin to ensure seamless booking, payment and validation of sessions.
- Liaise with the Head of Fitness to assess, monitor and improve the overall experience
- Personally deliver PT sessions
- Resolve issues and complaints pertaining to the centre from clients
- You have at least 6+ year relevant leadership experience and an internationally recognised qualification in fitness.
- You know how to lead a team to success.
