Oversee the team\'s gym deliveries to maximise the full experience for clients, from strategic planning to tactical execution.
Work to achieve PT session volumes and penetration, and to operate within agreed expense budgets, with accountability for overall PT performance.
Develop metrics and measure the success of new PT initiatives.
Coach, develop and motivate the teams to achieve agreed targets in line with their journey and identify gaps and areas for further development.
Advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for clients and team members.
Communicate the value proposition of our products to the broader team and create a culture where the community become raving fans.
Oversee centre admin to ensure seamless booking, payment and validation of sessions.
Liaise with the Head of Fitness to assess, monitor and improve the overall experience
Personally deliver PT sessions
Resolve issues and complaints pertaining to the centre from clients
Requirements
You have at least 6+ year relevant leadership experience and an internationally recognised qualification in fitness.
You know how to lead a team to success.
